dumb question but could you put the four piston calipers on front and rear?
Or is there a braking ratio split which is prob the real prob with this dumb idea..

But you can install the 3000GT rear arms/hubs allowing you to keep a handbrake and then make brackets and fit pretty much any rear caliper you want including four pots. The front rear bias is an issue you need to deal with and I have no idea how to go about calculating this to get the best balance possible. However you can temper the effects of shifting brake bias to the rear by careful choice of rotor sizes front and rear.
