Bought 1401/2000 yesterday! What should I do?

I bought 1401/2000 yesterday and the previous owner did something that I have never seen before. One of the pistons looks like to had a chisel taken to it all over the top and then punched right throught the center of it. Is this from something wrong with the engine or elsewhere? The t/3-t/4 turbo was demolished with the shaft seized in the turbo manifold and oil is all through the intercooler and piping. Is it ok to clean these out and reuse or should I just buy new ones? Here's a list of parts that came in it but the engine and turbo are blown.
