I need to know if there is a oil filter that will fit on our cars, but is shorter. I have o2 clearance issues, and need it fixed immediatly. it already busted a whole in one

Jeff get an EVO8 filter. It's not as long but has the same thread size and ring seal.

so check out 3000gt&evo 8?

Yea, check out all 3 next time you're at the dealership. 3000gt one should be shallow enough.

I know the 7 bolt 4g63 filter is much less wide, and probably a little shorter. You can look up the part # for a '93 eclipse and you should find it.

No because the ring seals in tabout the same location, just the bodies are different diameters. Youll see if you get one. I'd try the 3KGT filter. Just go to autozone or advanced and find all 3 and do a comparisson.

2g filters work too. they're small but they do fit and clear big exhausts.

This what i am using it is small. The original filter will hit the downpipe for my setup so I used this.

This works well, I have to use one due to my 3" downpipe cramping my style.
