cooling system graphics, anyone has them?

I´m having problems with my cooling system, radiator fan won't start automatically and temp stock gauge shows normal temperature while the engine is overheated. I need to know how this complicated system works to find out what's wrong.
Anyone has the graphics of cooling fan system electrical connections and sensors?

These are the sensors in the t-stat housing:



The USDM cars have a sensor at the bottom of the radiator that turns the fan on ( not shown but easy to find ). The relay for the fan(s) is on the LH side of the rad support near where the IC pipe goes thru.
You can test any of the sensors by grounding the plug hot lead with the key On. Fans should turn on, temp gauge should go all the way to hot, etc.

the JDM radiators also have a sensor for the fan.

 

yes, i've seen that sensor on the bottom of the radiator, what is that one for?

^^ That one turns on the primary cooling fan ( rad bottom ).

 

anyone knows if is it possible to get rid of that complicated wiring system and resistences and replace it with a regular single sensor to manage fan start?

no but you could just hardwire a releay system to a toggle switch in the dash and then turn the fans on whenever you wanted.
