Where would be a better location to tap for a coolant feed?

Before or after the thermostat?

I have 2 available ports on my thermostat housing for a feed.

The thermostat is the HOT output from the motor.

If you want cold water, you need to trace the bottom rad hose up to the water pipe and into the waterpump.

If your not using water to cool the turbo, use that port or the port to the oil cooler if you aren't using that.

What are you trying to do?

I'm tapping a source for my coolant feed...

I am running a 1g thermostat housing and have 2 outlets available for a feed line.

My old setup i ran off the lower of the two, wouldn't the top one be the cooler of the two?

Thanks /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

i would keep it the way is right now because there could be a chance you might not have enough coolant to fill the top portion of the thermostat housing however there are people running without coolant lines on their non-bb turbos like me.
