What's your ISC position at idle with no loads on car?

There's an isc test code on dsmecu.com. it lets you test all the different steps to see if all your coils are functional. It sounds like the isc is shot.

There is an idle adjustment in DSMLink to increase idle while the A/C switch is turned on.

No, if you have a laptop and the DSMLink cable you can do simple things like that by yourself. If you read through the Wiki's on ECMTuning.com there are lots of how-to's and information. If you aren't comfortable with that, I'm sure someone around you is proficient enough to help out.

Don't have the cable or the software to change that up, I found a shop here in Vegas it charges $250 to do or adjust any ecmlink tune

Yes.

And you will need to contact ECMTuning for their access codes/username to the forums and software updates as you go along.

Don't update the ECM with a software update until you confirm if that will wipe out the tune on the chip.

I say this because you are not starting out fresh, you have a tune, so be careful when updating later on.
