Well, I picked this up back in March. Was told it had jumped time and didnt run right. So a friend and I went and grabbed a car trailer and went back to pick it up. While looking under the hood, we saw the upper IC pipe was off, so we hooked it up, turned the key, and she fired up. Drove her onto the trailer, and after that it was the beginning of a new love.

Car is extremely clean, 136k on the clock.
Had a trunk FULL of parts.
Installed is:
EVO III Manifold
EVO III 16g
Boost gauge
few random things.

As of right now, the plans are to make it a DD.
In the process of picking up a 92 AWD trans, and an EVO III 5th gearset.

Onto the Pics:

So, I drove her from Lansing to TC, her first trip.
Well sh*t went downhill. Got off in Houghton Lake to get gas and things starting to go amish.
My clutch pedal was sticking to the floor, and the car ended up launching into traffic because the slave cylinder went out.
But, I was able to limp her home.

Slave cylinder was my issue, drove her a couple days.

Then, boom, sh*t went downhill fast.
Rearend locked up, then let go, and broke a CV shaft.
Started to tear things apart, and while tearing my Tcase off, the center diff came out with it.
So, parts had to be purchased.
Bought:
Complete 4bolt rear swap
5lug swap
Steering rack from a 93 TSI to delete the AWS
and a Shep stage 2 trans
And an evo3 5th gearset

Yeah, only put about 800mi on it, but things seem good so far. Going to take a while to get used to this lightened flywheel.
This evo 5th gear is nice, 55mph is only 2350rpm's.
Im gonna start DD'ing it tomorrow, so its going to get real miles this week.

Sucks to hear about all the bad luck. For everything you fix, its one less thing that can break later.

Ehh, its a 21yo car. I figured I would run into some issues.
But, I know the work was worth it, I love her.
