Geico insists I have a GSX

I've only had two ins companies with my car, but neither of them list the car as a turbo AWD. Don't argue with them, ins is dirt cheap on these cars. If you have a lot of money invested in the car and its in great shape, you can get Hagerty insurance now.

Edit. It is registered as a Galant VR4, but the ins doesn't say anything about turbo and the cars are classed WAY cheaper then the DSM counterparts. I think my old ins co just classed it as a sports sedan or something like that.

For some reason when Mitsu imported these, they called them GSXs in their system. That probably where the Ins. co. got there information.

That happend to me too when I was with GEICO but now I'm with state farm and they have both models on their system but the difference in price is a lot too

i used the general and it was like 36 bucks a month(just liability)

Their commerical says starting from 59 a month, and this car is cheaper lol.

It really doesn't matter what the insurance company says it is. To most of them, it's a $1000 commuter car nobody has anymore.
