my gvr4 is running rich what could be the problem
probably sounds retard asking but its waisting a lot of gas....

First off welcome! You do need to provide a lot more info about your car, however, I would personally change the plugs and wires..

+1 tell us more about the car and give some indication of what you may have tried, it could be lots of things

Boost leaks & o2 are also fairly probable and can impact how your fuel economy nets out

This should be a good place to start. Lots of reading in your future. We don't have a magic wand to figure out what is wrong. what little info you have given us will not help us determin the next place to look or to do checks.

well my car idles weird when cold from 1rpm and 2rpm goes up and down once warm it goes away.
 

well i just bought the car last friday i will be doing a tune up on the car sunday
im replacing wires and plugs and etc..... and it does have an exhaust leak witch will be fixed aswell

There's several things that could represent. But good idea to fix any exhaust leaks as well as any vacume leaks. Check any hoses or intake boots for cracks. Also there are coolant hoses that are supose to be attached to the throttle body. If they are disconnected or looped the idle hunt will do as you discribed. Also sometimes the idle controll motor will go bad. On dsm tuners they have lots of info on how to check the ISC.

i found out today i do have an exhaust leak and i need a tps sensor so getting that fixed tomorrow hopefully that is the problem
