Is this on backwards?

I'm not familiar with slotted rotors, but I think they are backwards

There are arguments that one direction is better than the other, and vise-versa. I personally would run the rotors the same way that you have them. I's tinks it looks moar betters. But technically, the rotor manufacturer would be calling that the passenger side rotor. Either way, you are fine. Just don't go swapping them side to side without first getting them machined and replacing the pads. They are worn into stopping that direction and the pads are seated into them. Swapping them now could result in brake noise and (slightly) reduced stopping ability.

It really shouldn't matter. If the vanes between the disk surfaces are directional, then they need to be on the correct side. I've seen rotors with directional vanes have the outer slots/holes go both directions. If the vanes are not directional, they can be used on either side.

Thanks guys! Now if you don't mind shooting over to the technical forum and helping me with a much larger issue Hehe
