Translated via Google:

"Additional information: The car is brand new! ! ! + A separate Aftermarket parts for the car (2. 3 kit) and transmission (brand new) and many others stoinost $ 15,000 imported from the States! ! ! The car is indistinguishable from new and is mainly for collectors Tuners! ! !"

Appears to be Bulgaria?

I'd be skeptical.

It looks fairly untouched in the engine bay...
Obtaining the chassis number would be a good place to start.

THANK GOD FOR GOOGLE TRANSLATE.

Looking at the car, there is no way it was imported from the states.
-The seats are not leather
-The handbrake lever is on the wrong side
-There is no clock but there is a blank off plate in its place.
-The Speedometer is in KM/H not MPH
-The windshield washer bottle is different from the USDM models
-Non-Cruise Control (No mounting hole for the Cruise Control unit)
-Cyclone Intake Manifold.
-Brake reservoir is mounted on the Brake Master cylinder.

And the fact that there is a lot of JDM spec parts on the car.
-JDM Frout bumper
-JDM Grille
-JDM Clear corner lights
-Non USDM headlights
-JDM vented Hood
-MMC steering wheel.
-JDM decals on the rear door.

Is it a real VR4? It looks that way, or it's a good clone with a lot of money in JDM parts. The only way to know is the but chassis number. E39A or E38A for the RS. If its a E33A, then its not a real VR4.

I agree with fuel, and it looks like a hack job conversion.

Master cylinder is wrong, washer bottle is wrong. Underdash is missing
Yup. defo a hack job.
