I have a problem with my vr4 on cold stats the call will idle high starts at 1000 rpm and raise up to 2000 rpm for like 4 minutes then drop to like 1500 rpm then bounce for like 3 more minutes until gets to 800 rpm, my car is all stock i try replacing iac motor, plugs, wires, having the throtle body rebuild with new sensors, i check the time marks on cam and crank along with the balance shaft and they all on time, can i get some help please.
