Replacing Fuel Pump?

Planning on replacing the stocker with a Deatschwerks unit. I've read somewhere (but cannot remember) that our vr4 fuel pumps are different than all the DSM's.
I've seen a mod where you cut the pipe and just run a high pressure line to the fuel pump due to differences of size, but was just curious what would be the best fit.

Choices:
95-98 Eclipse turbo AWD
90-94 Eclipse turbo AWD
90-94 Eclipse FWD

Any advice or if you happen to know a write-up just post it for me please. Closest thing I've found to a write up was a 3000gt sohc using 2g walbro pump.

Trying to figure out what fuel pump is the best fit for the GVR4 where they don't have a GVR4 option.
