I have a quick question about my headlights
Basically I have a jdm galant which has jdm headlights that are of the H4/H1 design. The h4's are supposed to turn on as low beam headlights. The highbeams are H4 on a higher setting plus the h1 bulbs.
My problem is that one of my H4 bulbs does not turn on for low beams, but do turn on for the high beams. Am I right in assuming this is a bulb problem? What else could cause this?
