I think it is the ABS sensor...Ops I thought you mean the speed sensor

Oh, and if the narrator is speaking japanese, it sounds like he has a heavy speech impediment. (Maybe it's not japanese, but it sure has some very common japanese cues in it)

Come to think of it.... it sounds like he has a heavy south european accent in japanese.
