Hey guys I was curious as to you guys that are repainting your interior trim pieces, what rattle can brands and color are you using and got any pics? I want to do my under dash pocket but have no idea what would look good. Thanks! Mark

Did some B-pillar painting, used Krylon Fuzion ( for plastic ) in flat black.
Came out great BUT when you compare it to the rest of the 17+ year old trim, especially items that get exposed to sunlight, it did not match.
Just paint ALL the surrounding pieces and be GTG.

basically every car i've ever seen with the interior trim painted looks flaky and nasty within a few weeks. Even if you splash out on the expensive stuff that's supposed to work.

I painted my 89 underdash with duplicolor's vinyl and fabric spray paint and it's looking just fine 2 years later now. I couln't find a great match for the interior color so I ended up using black and I think it's fine. It's one of the panels that are usually in the shadows anyway so the fact that it's not a perfect color match isn't a big deal.

It's all in the prep work.
