How to connect JDM RS bumper

Last year I mounted my JDM VR4 RS bumper but never got the foglights connected. Anyone know
how to connect them correct?

My plan was to connect 1 and 3 (high beam) and 4 as foglight. Is that correct?

2 and 4 low beam

1,2 and 3 high beam with 3 and 4 on a switch so you can have them on or off.

or just 3 on using the on off switch.

thats how its done factory there is a on off switch that works even if the headlights are off so you can just have fog number 4 on.

I connected mine this way to work exactly like they should from factory:

I used a SPDT relay to make it work like that

This ready should be saved in the 'how to' section, it seems to come up quite a bit.
