Quoting GSTwithPSI:

I'm sure there's room for improvement, just as there is with any build.

I am limited to what I can do remotely, but could certainly start identifying things if I had a log of a 3rd gear pull from ~2.5k to redline, or one from your hot laps with a decent WOT pull.

You can start another thread where I'll provide all my feedback publicly. That would allow for 1) hopefully avoidance of any further piss fests, and 2) the community to QC my advice so you know I'm not being biased just because I think Steve is a fuck wit.

Could start there. Your choice.

Thats all you care about. You drop 2500$ in my paypal and ill wipe the tune clean and see what you can do. When the motor pops you replace it to my specs and r2 the motor for me? Deal??

All I care about? Wat?

You asked what could be improved, and told you where I could assist remotely (starting with the tune). I said I'd give you feedback on the tune in a public forum so you can have others ensure the feedback I provide is sound. It's up to you whether you take my advice or not, and utilize my tune or tuning suggestions. I don't understand what you have to lose?

And, in case I didn't make it abundantly clear to you the last time I said it, no, I'm not giving you money for in case your car blows up.

The reason I always ask for logs is because you can't bullshit the data. All your and Steve's stories, lip service, and bullshit is irrelevant in a log. A log shows how well a car is set up, and how well the tuner does or does not tune.

You want suggestions on improvements? Then post up a log with good data and I'll see where I think those can possibly be made.

You don't want suggestions? Then don't.

Up to you, man. No skin off my ass either way.

This is directed at all the haters but your torch bearer brett it is addressed to

When was the last time you tuned a 4+ injector 4 cylinder.
When was the last time you tuned a road race car.
When was the last time you ran faster then a 12
when was the last time you tuned a 600+ whp car.

this is my point you haven't done any of those. you have no cred on this. steve does.

why would a take advice from someone that doesn't have a clue about this setup or exp.
Honestly brett you are in over your head.
before i did the hotpipe i also did all my own tuning. To achieve the goal i wanted i needed outside help with someone that had the credentials and know how on this type of thing.
If you invested money into a program and just chose a random person that hasn't a clue what is going on what is going on you are bound to blow shit up.
You keep saying you could do better with no knowledge on this setup and for insurance on my end i want your money plan and simple if it goes south.

"God knows if Steve keeps building your car for you, you'll certainly need it.
The fact that I -or really anyone- could build any car better than Steve isn't exactly an accomplishment." Brett . If the videos are not proof enough and 3+ hours of race time on the motor to say that the car works as a package i dont know what would. am i trying to ask for your approval no. But you do keep coming back here and saying you can do better. what makes you the better tuner?

To clear the air
I spun the bearing. on the last motor
I chose to run stock rods.
All of the motors have been my fault either from cutting corners or rushing.

God knows if Steve keeps building your car for you, you'll certainly need it.

Cool story.

You gonna post a log, or just keep posting a bunch of bullshit that means absolutely nothing? Let's get a 3rd gear pull, and we'll see who's in over their head.

Qualified to work on your car? The fuck?

What does that have to do with anything? Ok, let's just assume I'll never touch your car. Now you gonna blow my mind with a log?

...I'm betting not, since it's the one thing that would undoubtedly show you're completely full of shit. Stop stalling.
