Just a thought.
My 6G is an FWD, if I had a flat tire at the front, would it be best to place the spare donut tire (thin ones) at the rear and transfer the normal sized tire in front?

Vice versa if I have RWD car, and i had a flat tire at the rear, should i place the normal sized there and install the donut tire infront instead?

Yes, it's best to have the full sized tires on the drive wheels.

However...

Most of all spare tires have the same rolling diameter of the full sized tires, so worrying about swapping all the tires around for a flat is not needed.

You still shouldn't drive over 50mph or over 50 miles on a donut.
