RHD Japan has them.
For anyone else looking for a pair with rails, they have the best deal around. I also talked to them about getting one fixed and one reclinable and they will honor a deal as well even though that isn't a listed option. They don't pack the same due to shape, but a little discount is still offered.

Member Bob Dole just did this and covered the installation of a pair of Bride seats complete w/ interior fabric install too. Check out his build and consider messaging him for where he got his from.
