What are the common places for them to go, and common places for them to get in?
It seems that they always get into the blower motor, and under the rear seat.
I lifted my rear seat in the fall and saw a chipmunk scurrying around. So I pulled the front seats and the carpet, opened all of the doors, removed the rear seat and hoped that he ran out (I saw him run towards the front of the car, I think he went under the dash). Hopefully it left, because the car is still in storage. I have no idea how it got in.
It looked like it hadn't been there long, because there wasn't much damage.
My brother and I have owned 5 Galants and there have been rodents or signs of them in all 5.
108/1000 - Nest in blower motor.
497/2000 - Nest in blower motor.
924/1000 - Nest on the intake manifold
372/1000 - Chipmunk(s) in car (Car wasn't stored properly, there were openings in the firewall and maybe the trunk.
Blue GGSX - Chipmunk under rear seat.
