Roof Rack

So im finding myself in need of a roof rack for the winter, since it will be hard to carry 4 snowboards and 4 people in the gvr4 at the same time.
Im trying to figure out what mount to use and am having no luck. What mounts are you guys with racks using?

its thule 4303 feet, says its for a range rover but it works on our cars.
