Wind Noise From Windshield Corner

My windshield was replaced recently and now i get some wind noise when i go above 50mph. I noticed that the windshield corner on the driver side (rhd) is sitting a bit high then the left side, which in turn makes the chrome molding on the windshield sit a bit higher then the roof. Is this the reason i hear wind noises?

put some clear silicone over the trim and smooth it out, let it dry and try it out again to see if noise is gone.
