radiator fan vs AC fan

I posted yesterday about my cars radiator, fan and harness was stolen in my driveway while I was out picking up my transmission. I was wondering if the AC fan could be used to cool down the car? I need to either source down a harness, fan relay, Fan and fan temp sensor or figure out how to keep my AC fan running to cool.

i dont think the a/c fan is enough to cool the rad down... just get a new rad fan...
