ISC Motor install

What is the proper way to install an ISC motor? Do i need to use an ohmeter to check and make sure it wont foul the ecu? And how do i do this?

ISC has 6 pins. Meter between middle pin and top pin then middle pin and bottom pin. Repeat on other set of pins. Should be between 30 Ohms each. If you have a short, 0 ohms, it will fry the ISC driver chip on the ECU. I've done it twice. Sadface.

Oh and always check the VFAQ for things like this. Also was and still is the best resource for noob 4G63 questions. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
