I only have my AC fan PO took the other one out. Worked yesterday, but today i got my data logger in and it said that I was -59c at full running temp so I tried to rewire the sensor on the top of the thermo housing. Messed it up really bad, so replaced it with a spare ECU coolant temp sensor and some spades. Will this work? I also have a broken wire on the relay box on the drivers side head light area. When I touch that wire to the other wires in the relay it spins the fan backwards. Any help on what I should do?

I do not believe the ecu cts will work as the internal resistance between the two sensors varies. Plus the sensor in the thermostat housing acts as a switch so to speak were once a certain resistance is reached it sends signal to kick on the fan. Were as the ecu sensor only sends info back to the ecu...I would obtain the correct sensor and the passenger side fan.
