Aftermarket Throttle Body

I apologize for the bad, out of focus picture but I can't find another picture of the Wilson Throttle Body that shows this elbow on the side. It opens into the throttle body prior to the plate, so I don't think it is for bypassing air for high idle on cold starts. Anyone know what it is supposed to be connected to?

Paul looks like a Ford style T-body... the 3/8 fitting usually goes to the passenger side valve cover on Ford 5.0 Mustangs. Best thing to do is start twisting on it with vise grips until it slides out then tap the hole and put a screw in plug in it.
