Missing 5 lBS of Boost

Hi all just installed my wally pump today and noticed the boost gauge only hitting 10lbs in stead of 15?? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Sounds like your waste gate is seeing full vacuum. Check your MBC. Maybe the spring broke?

Dude, I found your 5 lbs in the street. You really should make sure those are all bolted down lol. Seriously though, have you checked the vacuum likes? Were you messing with any when tinkering with the AFPR?
 

Thanx Muskrat, Samething I'm thinking now. I posted this right after I was done as was a little PO cause I also have a fuel leak on the top cover of the sending unit. I just wanted a second go at it. I took it for another ride and it does look like the wastegate is opening as boos will accually go past 10, like 11 and drop right to 10..Sux just another thing I have to replace..LOL..
