Prothane motor mount questions

I just got my Prothane motor mounts into today. After looking at them and comparing them to the stock inserts, I noticed that the Prothane inserts have the holes right in the middle of the inserts. The stock inserts are off center. What going on here? Will it all bolt up together alright?

Your stock mounts flex one way or the other, so it can offset either way. Poly mounts just center it.
