Delia Smith says: "Pre heat the oven to 80 degrees Centigrade (176 Fahrenheit). Whilst waiting for the oven to warm up, carefully remove the metal clips and put aside for later. Then bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, serve will a generous dollop of fresh whipped cream"

Enjoy /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

my vr4 corners were ready to separate after about 5-6min IIRC, more is probably fine just watch for melting.

You'll need to do what you do within a few minutes before the glue sets up.. you could always reheat but risk that they'll set together funny if the glue sets up again while split apart.

I was basing mine on how long my headlights were in for - I suspect I may have just chucked them in and turned it on rather than pre-heating, but I can't remember. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Fog lights suck to get apart. Especially the JDM's I think I ended up cooking Paul's for about 30 minutes each and actually broke one lens.

Bake at 175, after preheat, for about 5 or 10 minutes then check by trying to prying up on the side with a wide screwdriver plastic scrapper, if it doesn't move easy put it back in. Keep trying until it works. You can also cut around the edge with a razor before you put them in.
