strange squeeling

hey guys,
iv got a strange high pitched squealing nose coming from the front end of my car. it is proportional to the speed of the car. it is there in reverse and forward driving. it is only there on deceleration also. my only guess would be the viscous coupling, what do you guys think. cheers everyone:)

Can you jack it up and turn the wheels by hand and replicate the sound?

no the clutch must be out. i put the thing on stands and let clutch out at idle and sound was there it was coming from box

i really think it something wield cause it sounds like a slipping belt but a lot louder.

if your not going to check what people suggest, why are you asking for opinions?
