On an E38A and E39A 4WD generally, yes, but there isn't much in the way of camber adjustment once the car is lowered. The FWD models do not have any adjustment given the fixed beam design.

The factory service manual shows the complete procedure about how to set the rear toe properly (quite a process too) and then moving to the front.

Be sure to follow the process exactly or the complete alignment will not be correct.
