I installed the EVO 9 stock fuel pump in my Galant VR4 and the vehicle started right up and runs nice but my gas gauge doesn't work, I know for a fact I had a little over half a tank and the gauge says I'm a little over E... any suggestions on why this is? I believe the bobber could be caught on something or the evo9 pump just shouldn't be in the vr4

you probably bent the float arm while putting it back in. remove, inspect, use google for proper float height and reinstall more carefully. i have done this before and more then once.
