apexi turbo timer pnp harness ?!?

After installation. i turn off and remove the key and the timer counts down to 0 at which point accessories shut off but the engine doesn't. i went on the interwebz and found out the 2g uses the same pnp harness but two wires are in different positions. i cant however find a diagram for either the 1 or 2g pnp harness online. The timer uses a constant 12v, IG1 & IG2, a ground and depending on the position of the ebrake switch 0v or 12v.

Am i right in believing IG1 = ACC and IG2 = ON/RUN? if so would swapping these pins be the solution to my issue?
