Evo rear LSD questions

Thinking about putting one in my 4 bolt instead of the VC.

Are the 8-9 rear mechanical diffs sold in America 1.5 or 1 way? I have seen both claims.

Are the 8-9 LSD diffs identical to the JDM 1-3 (or 4,5,6,7) units?

What is a fair price for the newer 8-9 bare diff units (housing and plates) with lower miles.

8/9 Diffs are a 1.5 way.

4/5/6's are a mechanical 1.5 way as well. (Non AYC) Which I believe it was the RS's that came with a mechanical

Evo 1 GSR is a viscous But the RS came with a mechanical

All Evo 2&3's are mechanical


So in conclusion all mechanical Evo (Non AYC) diffs are the same.
