Help cam angle sensor!!!

I just got done putting a 6bolt motor in a 2g and I'm trying to set the ignition timing but. The make on the pully isn't showing up unless you fully advance it then it's almost makes it to the top dead make on the cover. If any one has any ideas pleas let me know.

Remove the CAS. Rotate the gear/ key 180 degrees

Does anyone know how a Cam Angle Sensor is properly installed if it was removed? Do I need to TDC the engine? If anyone can point me to a step by step it would be greatly appreciated.
