Bad valve seals again?

I just got my car back on the road after sitting for just over a year without ever being started. Now when i stop at a light it will puff smoke when I leave, so I keep it reved up to about 2000rpms and it wont smoke as bad. Is there any oil product I can use to help this or do I just have to replace them?

You sure it isn't the rings? They will pull in oil under vacuum like the seals, and the revving to 2K is just burning more of the oil and increasing cylinder pressure. so the smoke is less noticeable. Do a leak down test, pop the dipstick and listen for air.
