power locks and wipers don't work

since I got my vr4 the power locks and intermediate wipers don't work. I replaced the gold relay on the firewall thinking that would fix my wiper problem but that didn't work. all of my fuses are good. I did some searching and some say check the etacs, but wouldn't the windows and everything else related to that not work aswell? I also heard there is a relay under the steering column for the locks but I can't figure out which one it is, does anybody have a pic of that relay.
any other ideas on what it could be?

My power locks don't work either, I wonder if it is that relay under the dash, if I remember correctly it's the only one with 7 pins.

Most likely a bad ETACS box if all of your wiring and fuses check out good. It is located under the dash on the driver's side, above the fuse box. I think it has "2.0T" printed on its label.

 

would a 1g dsm ETACS be compatible with our cars? and where is it located on one?

Check to see if it's the relay before you go replacing etacs

Also check the fuses. I had no radio, no dome lights, no dash lights and the locks didn't work. Thought it may be a bad ETACS, turned out to be a blown dome light fuse.
