Have to put a post out here for Andy.
Almost a year ago I ordered a 2.5" buscher style o2 housing with dump, a month or two ago the dumptube broke off and I drove over it /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif. I emailed Andy and told him what happened, he said I would have to take it off and send it back in order to get a replacement. I politely asked him if he could just send it to me because I needed to use my car, he explained thats not how he likes to do business but he ended up doing it anyway for FREE.
His products are great and very good customer service, he also made an improvement based on this failure. I recommend him to anyone looking for a goo o2.
