I decided to put my 1990 Talon up for sale since I really want to focus on finishing my GVR4. The car just hit 109,000 miles yesterday on the way back from the GVR4 meet.
-Engine
Eagle rods
Ross pistons
Balance shaft elimination
ARP head studs
upgraded head gasket (will have to look since I forget)
1mm over sized valves
Ti. retainers
3g revised lifters
upgraded springs (I forget, but I will look into it)
HKS 272 cams
poly motor mounts
many newer parts (alternator, coil pack, ignitor)
New taylor wires

-Transmission
Trans rebuilt by turbotrix 20k miles ago
4 spider center diff
dual 2nd gear synchro
New TOB and clutch fork
It does have a 4 bolt rear end
I will have to look at exactly what was done

-Turbo/exhaust
Evo III manifold
Evo III turbo w/ 34mm flapper (from FP)
custom SS 2.5" O2 housing
SS 2.5" exhaust (buschurracing I believe)
It has a cat, but I will include a test pipe

-Intake/Intercooler
Decent sized Front mount
HKS BOV
2.5" I/C pipes
slim radiator fans
coolant overflow tank
Newer throttle body
4" forced performance intake
2g MAS

-ECU/Fuel
Walbro 255 lph
SX adjustable fuel pressure regulator
Custom fuel rail
660cc denso injectors
Eprom ECU with stage 3 keydiver chip
upgraded fuel feed line

-Wheels/Brakes/suspension
1g big brake upgrade
drilled/slotted rotors
SS brake lines
2g GSX rims (17")
KYB AGX suspension in the rear (adjustable)
KYB GR2 suspension in the front
H&R springs all around
Poly suspension bushings
Upgraded rear sway bar

-Spare parts
coil pack
ignitor
CAS
alternator
starter
power steering pump
Pass. side fender
rear bumper
SAFC
many others

-Problems-

-The transmission could use another rebuilt, the bearings whine in first gear, and 3rd is sometimes a little crunchy

-The driveshaft could also use a rebuilt

-The paint is faded, and some body panels are dented

-The wheels are bent (I got them that way)

-The front shocks will need to be replaced soon, they are starting to rust where they bolt to the hubs

This is the car I took down to the Three-Speed GT meet last weekend. I drove it 300 miles, and the only problem it gave me was the fuel pump rewire ground. I will have it fixed though.

Also I have just about all the invoices for this car (engine, trans, turbo, exhaust, I/C)

Please no low ballers, tire kickers, or joy riders.

Thanks

Hill

Thanks to Sean for the last 2 pics.

Mods, I am having trouble uploading pictures into this (or any) thread. When I am able to, I will add pictures directly to this.

Thanks

Hill

ps. If this car sells on this board I will donate some of the money to it. If someone on here finds a buyer, I will also give them some money.

I gotta stop looking at ads when I have no money....I wish I could buy a 1G....I even thought of selling my car to buy a 1G and a daily driver..

This is one of my old cars and there were no cut corners when it was built!
It’s worth every single penny!
I can vouch for this car and the seller!!!

It has a brand new TB from the dealer ($550)

Buschur deluxe intercooler kit
Buschur 2.5 exhaust
All of the bushings were changed with poly ones (front and rear suspension)
Garage kept till 100k

Comes with over $50,000 in invoices!!!!
You have read it right over 50k in invoices!!!!

Bring up the price to your original asking!

Thanks Tom. I've decided to keep the price at $4700 since I am keeping link for my GVR4. This weekend I will go through all the invoices and post the actual total for what is in the car.
