Warning:

I will not sell this car to someone that intends to drive it in the winter, is young and dumb, or comes off as the type to not care for a car.

This car has been very well taken care of, I think I'm the third owner of it. the mods and maintenance to it have been done slowly over time. It's never been driven in the winter, never seen snow and hardly ever been driven in the rain. I have decided to step back into the 70's and get an older RWD colt/galant, since this is my summer only car I can't keep it, I have to keep my other VR4 and let this one go. I know I will miss it, I know I will regret it, but right now I want to move into an older chassis.

You can learn more about that en devour here:

Car was originally from colorado, it has no rust on the underbody, it's in great shape.
It has a small list of issues that are still being addressed as time passes, but if the car sells prior to all items being fixed, so be it;

Transmission is notchy, car drives fine, i daily drive it in the summer when it's not rainy, but third gear is a little rough getting in. This is one of the items I need to address, i have a good transmission I intended to swap in come spring that I will include with the car.
Tach doesnt read correctly, due to being a 90 USDM gauge cluster with an 89 JDM harness, i have the coil ignitor that needs swapped to correct this and I will do it eventually, if not, I will include it in the sale. Didnt bother me too much because I never run the car out to redline, i don't drive it hard.
Comes with complete VR4 side skirt, may still install.

I should also note that even though I do not drive this car all that often; It's very reliable. In one week alone I drove it to chicago 4 times (friends to the air port) on another occasion I went to chicago, then up north into michigan, then drove down to the shoot out. Most of the driving I do with this car is road trips on the weekends in the summer.

I wish I didn't sink the money into my VR4 to get it running.
Good luck with the sale.

Bump for a nice looking car. Hold out until you can get what you want for it. Hell, if you're looking to replace it with a $1000 wagon then you've got all the time in the world.

I've always liked this car, it's clear you take pride in it (which usually = take great care of it). I'd be a potential buyer if I wasn't committed to my current project vr4. GLWS

Thanks.

I was asked for engine bay, back seat and trunk pictures:

Sorry about how dark it is, 4 of my 8 fluorescent fixtures wont come on.

You like my Starbucks apron / roadside car repair apron? I usually also have a travel tool box and two jugs of coolant but it's all in the montero right now. I like to be prepared for as much as possible (hence spare parts too) haven't had to use any of it yet though. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

That's a really good-looking car. I like the pearl silver w/ the evo8 wheels.
