Is that an adapter plate or actually part of the valve body? If a plate, the Mitsubishi flange will bolt on?

on a synapse they come with different fittings for different flanges, thats the HKS adapter which youll also need

This is assuming you dont have a fmic or aftermarket piping that already has a hks flange welded on.

can you get any pics of the top and the side were it has a vacumn barb on the the side???

will do, there is no vacuum source on the side, it has the bolt that threads into that hole, the two on the back is Port A and Port B.
