91 uses a stretched metal metal (diamond shapes, similar but not the same)

Actually, from what I have seen, it is only the Evo Zero models that have that mesh. The facelift ones I have come across still have the standard sized mesh.

Generally means Update, Modification, or Facelift in Japan versus completely new model/design.

Good example from Mitsubishi would be TEL 1ga to 1gb ( popup headlights to fixed ).
