Will check on it...I distinctly remember picking the parts and packing/shipping that a few weeks ago...maybe like beginning of march! likely USPS lost. I'll see if I have a second set of those parts and will re-ship. Will email you asap once I know whats up.

Sorry!

Interested in your turbo outlet pipe. Do you have a pic of it mounted? Also, is the flange offset to match the outlet of a 16g/14b? I'm trying to get a "port-matched" fit without actually porting the turbo outlet.

That turbo outlet pipe I want to keep with the intercooler so it's a bolt on matched up set. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Block is bored .020" over and the piston set matches. It's barely worn in, it has like 720 miles on the block/pistons/rods/caps/arps. When I pulled it from a parts car, the thrust bearing was starting to get chewed up and the crank had a few scores I could feel with fingernail. Im assuming the shop that built it didn't correctly set the oil clearances on the main bearings with those Jay Racing billet main caps.

sounds like they didnt line bore with the billet caps.

Very possible, I generally don't get into any situations where I would even think of needing custom main caps or line honing the mains. Basically this short block kit needs a set of new bearings, another stock crankshaft, and a competent machine shop to assemble it correctly and make the adjustments for correct clearances.

How many miles on that 2900 clutch? Any slipping?

not that I know of (slipping)....it should work fine. Came out of a FWD "dragstrip only" car I bought to part out well over a year ago. I doubt it has very much mileage at all.

Finally shipped. I had to hack-em-up and make a box long enough, but it's done and gone for a second attempt. Extremely sorry for the long long long wait.
