I was stupid and didn't check the noise that was coming from my engine. The timing belt was rubbing on the oil pan bolts. The engine wouldn't hold pressure of more than 5 psi and you could feel the air coming out of the oil cap when doing the boost pressure test and that is why I am not just replacing the head.
I would like easiest way to fix this engine and I think a long block would be the answer. Anybody in southern California have one for sale?
