WTB: foglight brackets?

So I bought some foglights on here and they each have a bracket on them. However I can't figure out how they install on my car. I found the picture below and it almost looks like there are some kind of plates I need that bolt underneath the bumper beam. The foglights then bolt into these plates. Hopefully someone on here knows what I am talking about

Found 1 on ebay, wish he had two. I need the part just like in this auction:

bump, someone must have a set of these kicking around. I tried to fab my own today and it wasn't pretty.
