Look for options on how to do this.

I know I could weld a couple studs to the core support, but I don't have access to a welder, nor an appropriate power source in my work space (storage unit).

I've seen people who say they bolt them in, but how? Drill through the entire box beam, and use a long bolt?

Just looking for options before I start measuring and drilling/cutting.

Do a search under my name. I build hard pipes for the coolant and also got pictures of the brackets I built. Using existing mount points but mine is an ac delete car. Real cars don't have AC..... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif

i did the same thing with mine. Since it sits in where the a/c was i just made a couple brackets to keep it from moving and put some rubber on the bottom of it to protect it. Not the the prettiest but works

So there are two large holes in the core support, almost big enough to get the head of a bolt through with a little finessing and a dremel. I driller 2 3/8" holes near those, made them into slots that connected with the larger holes, and then put the bolts through and bolted everything up with rubber bushings. It works prettty well, but I def. need to make an upper bracket to hold everything steady.

Yeah ... real men don't live in a temperate climate! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Don't have AC either, but it bolted right in with a little drilling. These are the best pics I could find on my HD.

The red circles are where the factory holes are. The really do line right up and just need drilled through.

They do offset it slightly to the passenger side, but it coincidentally makes the supply lines line right up.

Your radiator must be slightly wider than mine. The holes in my brackets were 23.5" apart. Not quite wide enough to reach those holes you're talking about. I kinda wish I had taken pictures of what I did, but then again it's a little ghetto /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Down the line I'll probably pull it and weld in some studs, but for now it gets the job done.
