Racah15 was correct...

After doing the "let the car get dirty" idea, (similar to how they pull finger prints, but less scientific) I noticed 2 distinct shoe prints on the front and back.

Took some pictures to refer back to...I have been having some pretty large issues with a tenant in our basement apartment and I am going to compare them to his shoes...If it doesn’t match his THEN YES Racah15 it will be blamed on some low life "hipster" or a Subaru owner.. ...

(cliché warning) I <3 HATERS...And I love my breaker bar, which will be used on anyone seen climbing on my car again

Again, thanks curtis for the advice, I did pop most of the damage out, and luckily I don’t have wacky frame.

Quoting curtis:
Look up dry ice dents on you tube..........its like ice water but can be controlled more with heat from a torch and then a chuck of dry ice on the other side... Me and another guy fixed the leading edges of a beechcraft baron wings this way years ago. Nothing better than holding a piece of steel with one hand up in a 3 inch hole shoulder deep with your ear against the wing while some one else takes an air hammer and beats on dents. Longest week of my life or close I guess a tie with doing cylinders on a v tail bonanza with my elbows zipped tied together.

This what I was thinking. Dry ice method.

The only time I've seen something similar to this is on a Evo, the owner ran into a curb going way too fast and twisted the body. Of course, the roof would be the least of your worries if this were the case.
