replacing master brake cylinder

hello!

i was planning on replacing the master brake cylinder and i have read a few "how-to's" and am wondering do i need to bleed each caliper for each wheel or just the main system? I am still in the process of doing research and figured this is the best source at my disposal. Rest assured you wont hear a funny story of a motorist driving into a lake (darn huh?), until my confidence in such a project is at 100% (hope survives). Any priori stories and tips are welcome.

-it has a small leak where it connects to the brake booster.

This link will show you how to bleed brakes alone or with a friend (how most do it).
