Removing rubber rear shock mounts from trailing arm?

It's a little tube with rubber that slides on to the rear trailing arm where it bolts up... should just slide right off... well, one of mine is rusted the f*** on or something. Wouldn't be a big deal except I already pressed in a poly bushing on the trailing arm and don't really want to mess with it. Any tips for removing this mount? Tried some relief cuts, prying, hammering, pressing, etc... won't budge.

I can't tell in that pic, did you get the metal bushing off too?

The one in my hand is from another car and is identical to what is on the trailing arm in that picture... just looks worse as most of the rubber is off.
